If the accident was not your fault and the claim is pursued against the other driver’s insurer, the choice of repairer is yours to make. We are independent, so the person repairing your vehicle is accountable to you.

The work is done here

Structural repair, panel work, paint and refinishing all happen on our own site with our own technicians. Nothing is farmed out. That is why we can give you a straight answer about where your vehicle is and when it will be ready.

Manufacturer repair methods, properly matched paint

We work to manufacturer repair methods using approved paint systems, and we colour match to your vehicle’s original finish rather than to the closest shade available. On a metallic or a pearlescent finish that is the difference between a repair you cannot see and one you can.

Honest advice about what needs doing

If a panel can be properly repaired rather than replaced, we will tell you. If it cannot, we will tell you that too. We are not interested in selling you work you do not need, partly because it is wrong and mostly because this is a local business that runs on people coming back.

Realistic dates

We give you a completion date once we have stripped and inspected the vehicle, which is the first honest opportunity anybody has to tell you. If a part is delayed or we find something unexpected, you hear from us at the time.

Accidents do not keep office hours. Our claim form and WhatsApp line are open 24 hours a day, so you can start the process at 11pm on a Sunday if that is when it suits you. We call back within two working hours during opening hours, or by 9am on the next working day.

We are in Lingfield, and we work across Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. You can come and look at the vehicle while the work is going on, which is not something everyone offers.
