Getting the vehicle to the body shop is supposed to be the easy part. In practice, it means finding a driver, taking them off the job, arranging a lift back, and doing the whole thing again at the other end. For a fleet, that is a real cost, and it is entirely avoidable.

We collect and deliver as standard.

Where we will collect from

Your depot or yard, a site you are working on, a driver’s home address, or wherever the vehicle has ended up after an incident. If it is not drivable, we will arrange recovery.

If the vehicle has already been taken somewhere else, tell us where it is, and we will deal with getting it released. This happens regularly, and it is not a problem, but the sooner we know, the easier it is.

How it works

Tell us the vehicle and where it is, and we will agree a collection time that fits around the work it is doing rather than around us. Early collections and returns are usually possible if that keeps the vehicle earning during the day.

We will confirm the vehicle’s condition at collection, so there is never a question later about damage that was or was not there beforehand. You get an update when it arrives with us, when we have inspected it and when it is ready.

Coming back

The vehicle is returned cleaned and checked over, to whichever address suits you. If it needs to go back to a different site or a different driver from the one it came from, that is fine; just tell us.

Multiple vehicles

If you have several vehicles needing work, we will plan the movements so you are never short of more of the fleet than you can manage at once. It is usually better to take two vehicles in sequence than four at the same time, and we would rather organise it properly than simply collect everything.

Where we cover

We collect and deliver across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. If you are outside that area, ask. We would rather tell you honestly whether it works than turn you away without asking where you are.
